Salary: $60,000-$70,000 per year

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in trade/handyman services.
- Previous crew/team management experience.
- Proficiency in a wide range of trades, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, and basic plumbing and electrical tasks.
- Ownership of a full set of personal tools.
- Strong leadership qualities with a knack for teaching, mentoring, and motivating team members.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
- Collaborative, optimistic, and reliable with a commitment to team success.
- Ability to manage, hire, train, and evaluate personnel at various skill levels.
- Experience in supervising projects and ensuring quality control and delivering on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate field activities.
- Lead and develop a team of handymen at different skill levels.
- Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations of field employees.
- Ensure team members progress through our Career Path program, including certifications and skill assessments.
- Actively participate in handyman duties, demonstrating expertise in various trades.
- Manage larger projects, ensuring excellence in execution time management and customer satisfaction.
- Job estimation and material take-off.
